Zumba Gold uses latin and contemporary music for a low impact but high energy class. Dance skills are helpful but not necessary for the choreographed moves, including lots of hips and shoulders. This class is designed for those who don’t wish to stress their joints, but still want a good cardio workout. Slow Flow Yoga:
An hour long class, no previous yoga experience required; as the name implies, mostly stretching in a safe yet effective manner, with a couple balance poses and a little breath-work mixed into the session. Each class ends with a 10-15 minute Savasana, or relaxation. Gentle Yoga:

This class is a form of cardio-vascular endurance distinguished from other types of aerobic exercise by its use of an elevated platform (the step). The height can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step. Occasional low and/or high impact moves incorporated into the class such as burpees, plank jacks, jumping jacks, etc. Dance Fitness:

Strength:
Strength training class caters to all levels of fitness. It is taught with the philosophy of muscle confusion. So each class is different. One day it might utilize pilates balls, mats or step benches, with or with out dumbbell or barbell weights. Body Basics:
A total body conditioning class using dumbbells, bands, and your own body to take your fitness to the next level. Great for the beginner exerciser. Barre Fusion: "Barre Fusion" is a fusion of Pilates, fitness and ballet inspired exercises (it's not ballet) done at the wall, standing, or on the ground, without using the barre. Tone and sculpt your entire body using light weights, your own body weight, alignment and core. Exercises are non-impact, done rhythmically to music with high repetitions. Modifications are given for all levels. WARRIOR Combat:
